Why Baseball Hitters Should Be Saving Bugs, Not Squishing Them

Watch these videos below as our colleague Don Slaught, former 16-year MLB player and Founder of RightView Pro, explains many of the elements of the rotational movement in the baseball swing.  Of particular note to us for this blog are the actions of the back feet of the hitters.  We so often hear "remember to squish the bug when you are hitting!" from coaches.  But should we really be squishing the bugs?  Or saving them?
